Short Track Speed Skaters Apolo Ohno (adds to his already impressive medal count and ties Bonnie Blair as the most decorated American medalist in the Winter Olympic Games with six medals, two apiece in gold, silver and bronze) and fellow American JR Celski won silver and bronze, respectively in the 1500 meter race.  Hannah Kearney brought gold home for the U.S. in the Women's Mogul Skiing competition preventing Canadian Jenn Heil from becoming the first Canadian to win gold on their home turf.

Yankees fans gather together in Times Square to celebrate their team's World Series victory over the Philadelphia Phillies.

The New York Yankees defeated the Philadelphia Phillies, 7-3, in Game 6 of the World Series, capturing their 27th title and their first since 2000.

There will be a victory parade in downtown Manhattan (Canyon of Heroes) tomorrow, Friday starting at 11am.
